As if a dark, bold style of Rosé wasn't pushing the envelope enough, Michael and Jay decided to take this wine two steps further. An additional 10 months longer than they'd planned in barrel, and a kiss of Viognier. Ultimately a rustic and ahead-of-its-time wine. Fragrant orange peel and maraschino cherries on the nose lead into a full mouthfeel bursting with ripe strawberry, juicy cranberry, and ruby grapefruit flavors. Substantial enough to stand up to the hardiest foods, and intoxicating enough that it can be enjoyed on its own.
